I watched the NY & London session for 2.5 hrs today with no trend just a slow, low volume market!  Then we got a jump!

This is what i saw on the 5min chart.  Big swings and no consistant trend, so i decide to watch and not play!  We might get a push later!

Damn, first losing day trading in awhile.  I did everything right  but it happens!
