Strong move down followed by a large fast push up. got caught a few times but kept taking trades at what I felt were the best entry areas

Trend was mainly down, so I traded for about 1.5hours and called it a day

I got a late start but managed to read the market pretty good.

Ranging day on the EU so use your OS/OB indicators, Bollinger Bands etc on either 15sec,30sec or 1min charts and watch for the s&r areas...
